Betadine Sore Throat Gargle & Mouth wash is a concentrated formula that requires dilution and contains both antiviral and antibacterial agents to treat a sore throat. As a mouth wash, it reduces or eliminates offensive mouth odour. A sore throat may be due to a number of causes. It can be due to smoking, allergic reactions and other factors. Usually, they are due to a bacterial or viral infection. Betadine sore throat gargle kills most bacteria and viruses implicated in the sore throat (pharyngitis) within 30 seconds and may be used as an aid in the treatment of such an infected sore throat.
Direction for Use:
β’ Use only with dosing cup provided.
β’ Gargle with 10 ml full strength for 30 seconds.
β’ Spit out, do not swallow. Use up to 4 times daily.
β’ Use within 6 months, after first opening.
Storage: Store below 30ΒΊc.
Caution: For external use only. Not to be swallowed

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
