In 1987, a research named the “Green Cane Project” revolutionized sugarcane production methods, from soil preparation till development for final products, without using any synthetic chemicals while recycling all nutrients generated in the production process. Its original goal was to develop a self-sustainable sugarcane production system, aiming to realize all the ecological and conservationist potential of the crops. From sugarcane planting until its industrial processing, the highest available technology was integrated to the ancient human knowledge in organic stewardship of land. As a result, Sao Fancisco Mill was certified organic in October 1997. Always innovative and focused on sustainability, Native pioneered the Brazilian production of organic sugar in large scale, becoming the biggest organic agriculture project in the world.

The organic production of this sugar cane creates ideal living conditions for more than 330 different species of mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians. The whole process in producing this organic raw cane sugar was completely natural. The sugar cane is cultivated with organic fertilizers and natural biological pest controls. The aim of this model of agricultural production are the harmonious co-existence of nature and economic activity and the preservation and encouragement of biodiversity by tapping into its richness to produce food for a growing world. This partnership with nature has transformed and made it a leader in organic Sugar Cane production.

This sugar is only “green” harvested rather than burning of fields, which not only maintains the quality of the sugar but also preserves the soil and the biodiversity of the farms. Each sugar crystal embodies the pure essence of the sugar cane nectar-the source of its fruity taste.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
