Who is Gengigel suitable for?
Gengigel gel is perfect for adults and children over the age of 3 who are suffering with gum disease or gingivitis. If you are suffering with discomfort in your mouth, especially when you eat and drink, Gengigel can help to ease irritation as it protects your gums.
Can this product be used to ease other conditions?
Although Gengigel is an ideal treatment for gingivitis, it can be used to ease other oral conditions, such as:
Mouth ulcers
Periodontitis
Receding gums
Gum trauma caused by surgery
Oral lichen planus
How will Gengigel work to protect my gums?
Gengigel works to protect your gums by forming a protective barrier wherever itβs applied. This barrier protects from bacteria and saliva, keeping your sore or infected gums safe from further irritation and allowing them to heal.
Can I eat after using this product?
Gengigel stays on the gum for around 30 minutes after application, so you should not eat or drink until at least 30 minutes after using this product. If you want to use this product to ease discomfort when you eat, make sure to plan to apply this product at least 30 minutes before meal times.
Direction for use:
Gengigel Gel
Using a clean finger, gently massage Gengigel into the affected area, making sure it is applied evenly to the entire area. Do this 3 β 4 times a day, as necessary or as directed by a medical or dental professional.
Gengigel Spray
Spray Gengigel into your mouth, following the dosage instructions provided with the product. Do this 3 β 5 times a day for 3 β 4 weeks, until your symptoms have disappeared. For best results, use after main meals.
When should Gengigel not be used?
Gengigel gel is not suitable for use by children under the age of 3. Do not use this product if you are allergic to sodium hyaluronate or any of the other listed ingredients.
How to store this product
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use after expiry date printed on packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
