GermiPRO Disinfectant Spray 450mL (With Eucalyptus Oil) - Room and Multi-Surface Aerosol

Directions for use:
Shake well. Hold the can upright 15cm from the surface. Spray 3-4 seconds until covered with mist.

  • To disinfect: Spray on pre-cleaned surface. Allow to wet for 10 minutes then let air dry.
  • To sanitise: Spray on pre-cleaned surface. Allow to wet for 30 seconds then let air dry.
  • To control and prevent mold, mildew and odour: Spray on pre-cleaned surface. Allow to wet for 10 minutes then let air dry. Repeat applications in weekly intervals or when mold and mildew growth appears. 
  • To deodorise: Spray on surfaces as needed.

Storage:
Keep away from direct sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding 50 degree celsius or open flames. Keep in a cool dry place.

Active ingredients:
70% ethanol, benzalkonium chloride, eucalyptus oil.

Precaution:

  • Do not pierce or burn after use.
  • Do not use on polished wood, painted surfaces, leather, rayon fabrics and acrylic plastic.
  • Flammable.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Corrosive to the eyes and is irritating to the skin. Long-term effects from repeated exposure may cause dermatitis. 
  • In the case of contacted or swallowed, flush immediately with water and seed for medical advice.

Important Note!

  • Strictly NO refund/return, unless wrong/defected item sent. 
  • Once received the parcel, kindly record a video of the external packaging and unboxing video. These are important proofs for verification purpose in the case of did not receive correct item/quantity. 
  • Always keep the packaging bag, shipping label, product original packaging and product with you. These proofs are required if the parcel/product you received has issue. 
  • If the product received is defected or malfunction, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
