What is Bepanthen Nappy Care Ointment and how does it work?
Bepanthen Nappy Care Ointment is an easy to apply and breathable barrier cream that helps keep little bottoms happy and protected from the causes of nappy rash.
Young baby skin is very reactive and sensitive; it needs a gentle product to care for and protect it. Bepanthen Nappy Care Ointment is so gentle that it can be used at every nappy change to help the most delicate skin, as itβs free from fragrance, preservatives, colorants or antiseptics.
Bepanthen Nappy Care Ointment works in two ways to care for babyβs skin and protect it from the causes of nappy rash:
β’ Aids Natural Skin Recovery - Bepanthen contains Pro Vitamin B5 which gently aids natural recovery of sensitive skin while keeping it soft, smooth and moisturised. Bepanthen also works by helping to seal in the skin's natural moisture, providing optimal conditions to allow gentle skin recovery without drying out your baby's delicate skin.
β’ Protects - Clinically proven, Bepanthen works by forming a transparent layer protecting even the most delicate skin from irritants and rubbing. The water-in-oil formulation keeps the skin healthy and hydrated, which is essential to maintain its natural protective barrier.
Directions for Use:
A thin layer of Bepanthen Nappy Care Ointment should be applied to your babyβs clean, dry bottom after each nappy change, especially at bedtime when the nappy is usually on for the longest during the night.
Bepanthen Nappy Care Ointment offers additional comfort for the baby being non-sticky as well as convenience for the mother as it does not need to be cleaned off at the next nappy change.
Ingredients:
Aqua, Lanolin, Paraffinum liquidum, Petrolatum, Panthenol, Prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, Cera alba, Cetyl alcohol, Stearyl alcohol, Ozokerite, Glyceryl oleate, Lanolin alcohol.
The formulation contains paraffin oil, petrolatum and almond oil which create a protective layer on the skin.
We can confirm that the product contains a nut derived ingredient; the product contains Prunus amygdalus dulcis oil (sweet almond oil). Any allergy causing proteins of almond, should be removed during the ingredients refining process, however, we are unable to make any guarantee of this and are unable to recommend that the product is suitable for those with a nut allergy.

Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
