A colorless cooling gel sheet that provides instant super cooling sensation that will last up to 8 to 10 hours. It is ready to use with powerful adhesion, gentle to skin and safe to use with medications.

Direction for Use:
- Remove the transparent plastic film and apply the adhesive side directly to the skin.
- The gel has a strong adhesive power, it fits the skin and stays in place.
- the gel sheets may be placed in the refrigerator before use for stronger cooling effect. Do not place them in the freezer.
Precaution:
- Do not use on or around the eyes, on mucous membranes or on skin affected by eczema, rashes or wounds.
- Stop use and consult doctor if rashes, redness, itching or excessive irritation occur.
- For sensitive skin, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
- The gel sheet should be used under supervision of a parent or other adult, when used on a child or person who finds it difficult to use independently.
- Do not cover the mouth or nose with the gel sheets.
- Do not use for infants.
- The gel sheets may not adhere sufficiently when excessive perspiration, or powder, skin cream or similar materials are on the skin. In those cases, wipe and clean the skin before applying the gel sheets.
- The cooling effect of the gel sheets decreases gradually after opening the pouch. Use the sheets promptly once the pouch is opened.
- Use each gel sheet once only for efficacy and hygiene.
- Be careful using the gel sheet while driving or working, it may unexpectedly fall off and obstruct your vision.
Storage: KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in a cool dry place. Protect from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep unused gel sheets in the pouch with open end folded twice along the solid lines.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
Orders will be delivered:
Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days
Return & Refund Policy
AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below)Β to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customerβs application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customerβs application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
