Buds for Kids Shampoo is so gentle that your little one can wash their hair daily without aggravating the scalp. With two refreshing scents, this is ideal for active kids who need more regular hair washes.
Wash your hair three times a week unless youβve been having a great time playing outside and have gotten really sweaty!
This earth friendly shampoo will get your hair clean without damaging our planet. Our planet and kid friendly ingredients include Aloe Vera to moisturise your scalp (thatβs the skin of your head) and Orange which smells fresh and tangy and makes you feel calm and cheerful.
How to Use:
Determine the length of your hair and how much you have and use enough to get a nice foam going without using so much that youβd be wasting shampoo.
A good rule of thumb is to use about a teaspoonful for about every six inches of hair you have. Try not to scrunch up your hair too much as getting the tangles out later can be troublesome! Tilt your head back when you rinse to avoid getting shampoo in your eyes. It hurts. Now get ready to soap up with our shower gel before rinsing both shampoo and shower gel off to reduce the amount of water you use in a shower.

Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Our Customer Support Team will review each customerβs application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customerβs application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
