Royal Energiser is a preparation of Bee Propolis, Pure Eucalyptus Honey and Fresh Royal Jelly.
Royal Energiser, an ideal food for children, is a blend of just the right amount of fresh royal jelly with extracts of propolis and pollen-intact eucalyptus honey. Cough, asthma and respiratory ailments β especially in children β have also been relieved by daily doses of propolis.
Propolis is the resinous substance collected from leaf buds and bark of trees that bees use to line their hives with to prevent intruders and disease, hence in its use for the treatment of chronic infections, such as gastrointestinal disorders and periodontal disease.
Eucalyptus honey is specially chosen to be blended in this potent mixture of fresh royal jelly and propolis. It is an aromatic honey with a slight camphorous aftertaste, often used in natural medicine for the relief of respiratory ailments.
Certified chloramphenicol-free, each 450 gram jar of Royal Energiser contains 40 grams of fresh royal jelly and 60 grams of propolis blended with 350 grams of pollen-intact eucalyptus honey.

Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customerβs application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customerβs application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
