Essential Elixir Moisture Barrier Recovery Cleanser is a creamy cleanser designed for reactive skin. This gentle formula maintains a balanced pH and does not foam. It effectively soothes and cools reactive, sensitised, or overprocessed skin. It delicately strengthens the skin's protective barrier, leaving no irritating residue. It can be easily rinsed or wiped off, catering to the needs of sensitive skin. Also suitable for dry skin types, it does not leave skin feeling stripped.
Essential Elixir Moisture Barrier Recovery Cleanser contains:
- Protect-Biotics - four specially curated strains of fermented probiotics that focus on anti-inflammation. It helps to strengthen skin barrier and immunity.
- Fermented Oil Blend - It consists of 6 moisturising fermented plant oils. They have lighter texture, improved absorption compared to regular oils and are non-greasy. The oil blend also has antioxidant and skin protective properties.
- Olive Oil Esters - They are water soluble and offer outstanding emollience with the amazing qualities of olive oil. It is calming and has ability to decrease irritation in formulations.

Directions for use:
Apply to wet skin and massage cleanser in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse-off thoroughly.

Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
Orders will be delivered:
Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days
Return & Refund Policy
AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.
This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.
Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
