KInohimitsu’s Food Pad uses all natural tree extracts and powerful negative ions. In basic Chinese Medical theory, the sole is also known as “The Second Heart” which means it is the focal point for important parts of the body, especially blood circulation. Kinohimitsu Food pad uses the Foot Reflexology principle that sees reflex areas in the feet corresponding with glands, organs and other parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can overcome health problems in a natural way. Kinohimitsu Food pad contains approximately 1000cc of Negative Ions in each pad. Each time you use the pad, the abundance of negative ionswill be inhaled by the body, therefore helping to neutralize damages caused by positive ions. This gradually improves your breathing, detoxifies your body, improves blood circulation and increases oxygen flow to the brain while enhancing the immune system. What are Negative Ions? Direction for Use
Apply Kinohimitsu Health Pad on the soles of the feet or on the part of the body that is affected or experiencing pain (eg. foot, shoulder, waist, knee, elbow etc) just before sleeping.
Dispose the tainted pad the next morning.
Use a fresh pad the next night and repeat it daily. For new user, use everyday for 2 weeks, 1-2 times a week subsequently.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
