LPM Orthflex K2 D3 Plus contains vitamins and minerals essential for strengthening bones and muscles, supporting joint and cartilage and even aiding in muscle relaxation. LPM products are recognised and endorsed by the National Sports Council of Malaysia. 

Ingredients focus

  • Vitamin K2 - found in food such as meats, cheese and eggs, it is important for blood clotting. It activates a type of protein in our body to help bind excess calcium to promote arterial flow and flexibility. This helps to prevent calcium buildup in damaged tissues.
  • Vitamin D3 - Ensuring calcium is absorbed more easily, vitamin D is important for building strong bones and teeth. It also plays an essential role in muscle growth and development.
  • Calcium - It is an essential nutrient for bone formation and maintenance. It also helps our muscles, heart, and nerves work properly. Therefore it is important to obtain calcium from external sources for those with calcium deficiency.
  • Magnesium - It helps to improve muscle function and promote muscle relaxation. Having proper amount of calcium also helps with bone density and development. Magnesium deficiency may lead to muscle weakness, fatigue, numbness and inflammation.

Directions for use:

  • Take 2 capsules once daily or as recommended by doctor or pharmacist, preferably after meal.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are on anticoagulant/ blood thinner products.

Vitamin K2 50mcg
Vitamin D3 500IU
Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 120mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide) 60mg

 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
