Movease Bed Pan (Without Cover) is a durable plastic container designed to ease bedridden individuals or those with limited mobility on toileting. It can be used for urinary and faecal discharge. It is convenient, lightweight, portable and washable. Its unique design fits a person lying or sitting on bed.

Usage:

Before starting, set the bed pan aside. Gather supplies such as gloves, toilet paper or wet wipes, and underpad. 

  1. Wash and dry your hands before putting on gloves. Place an underpad under the bedpan to avoid spillage. 
  2. Cover patient with a sheet or blanket for privacy after you have them taking down their pants. Offer assistance if needed.
  3. To position the pan, you may ask patient to lift up their hips slightly, then slide the bed pan under their hips. If the patient is unable to lift their hips, you may turn the patient on one side, then gently press the bedpan against their bottom before helping them turn back onto the bed pan.
  4. Leave the room to allow some privacy if possible. You may check back often to make sure the bed pan and underpad can be removed as soon as patient is done using it.
  5. Hold the bed pan in place and help patient roll off of it. Set the bed pan aside carefully to avoid spillage.
  6. Wipe off the patient if needed and dispose the contents of the bed pan into the toilet.
  7. Rinse the bed pan by using a diluted disinfectant. Let it air dry.
  8. Remove your gloves.

Important Note!

  • Strictly NO refund/return due to personal hygiene, unless wrong/defected item sent. 
  • Please allow slight size difference due to manual measurement.
  • Once received the parcel, kindly record a video of the external packaging and unboxing video. These are important proofs for verification purpose in the case of did not receive correct item/quantity. 
  • Always keep the packaging bag, shipping label, product original packaging and product with you. These proofs are required if the parcel/product you received has issue. 
  • If the product received is defected or malfunction, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel. 

 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
