Opceden Jarrah Honey is a unique mono-flora honey which can only be found in West Australia. It is an amber coloured honey with a full-bodied nutty malt flavour.
Jarrah honey has naturally occurring anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties that can be measured on what is called the Total Activity (TA) scale. The Total Activity Rating of Active Honey denotes the strength of the antibacterial potency of the honey, measured by the standard (phenol) bacteria-killing scale.
Special features of Opceden Jarrah Honey: Once the Jarrah Honey has been collected it will be removed from the honeycomb using clean and modern extraction technology. Unlike many commercially available honeys. Opceden Jarrah Honey is not heat-treated or chemically processed; it is 100% natural with no additives, preservatives, colors or sugar added.
Directions for Use:
- Consume 1 teaspoon of Jarrah Honey and keep it in the mouth for as long as possible to heal mouth ulcers.
- Consume to ease the pain of a sore throat.
- Apply Jarrah Honey directly onto wound or ulcer to aid healing.
- Add a spoonful of pure Jarrah Honey in a cup of tea or coffee and sip.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customerβs application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customerβs application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
