Optimaxe Lite is complete balanced nutrition specially formulated to provide adequate energy and protein to maintain general health and wellbeing. Optimaxe is a high protein energy dense nutrition supplement for patients with secondary protein energy malnutrition (PEM). Optimaxe is nutritionally complete with all essential micronutrients and is fortified with omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, alpha lipoic acid and dietary fiber. Ingredients: Whey Protein Concentrate, Soya Protein Isolate, Maltodextrin, Dietary Fiber, EPRO, DHA, Vitamin Mix, Mineral Mix, Sucralose. Contains added flavour.

Optimaxe contains: High protein: 45g/100g of a combination of whey protein concentrate and soya protein isolate which are high biological value proteins with PDCAAS score of 1 that ensure highest bioavailability and are easily digestible. Adequate protein is essential for reducing the risk of weight loss, muscle wasting and faster recovery from illness. Dietary fiber: FOS serves as a prebiotic increasing the overall gut health, regulates bowel movements, reduces cholesterol levels and controls blood glucose levels. Omega 3 & Omega 6 fatty acids: Act as anti-inflammatory and lower the risk of heart diseases. Alpha lipoic acid: Acts as a super anti oxidant, serves as a coenzyme and repairs oxidative damage. Vitamins and minerals: The essential vitamins and minerals combat deficiencies of secondary PEM. Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β 

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
