In OPTIVE FUSIONโข UD, sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and sodium hyaluronate (HA) form a bridged matrix to synergistically relieve the symptoms of dry eye. HA is an effective ocular lubricant that helps support tear film stability. Dual Action Lubricating and Osmoprotective Comfort Solution OPTIVE FUSIONโข UD is appropriate for use post LASIK surgery for relief of dryness and discomfort following surgery.
OPTIVE FUSIONโข UD is compatible for use with all contact lenses.
Directions for use:
Place 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s) as needed.
Precautions:
- Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients
- Do not swallow solution
- To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not touch vial tip on any surface, and avoid direct contact with the eye
- Do not use after expiry date marked on the product
- Allow 5 minutes between the administrations of ophthalmic products
- Do not use if unit dose vial or product packaging is damaged
- Do not use if solution changes colour
- Use vial once and discard
Ingredients: sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.5 %, sodium hyaluronate 0.1 %, glycerine 1.0 %, erythritol, levocarnitine, sodium lactate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate and purified water.

Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.ย
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).ย
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.ย ย ย
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Our Customer Support Team will review each customerโs application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customerโs application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.ย
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerโs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
