Feminine Intimate Wash pH6.8 provides natural and gentle cleansing of the external genital area and therapeutic support of intimate hygiene. It is especially formulated with mild active compound and matched to the pH value of 6.8, the exact pH level of the natural barrier of the intimate area. The calming and regenerative quality of the witch hazel combined with panthenol alleviate irritation and restore the physiological environment of the vulva.
Feminine Intimate Wash pH6.8 is suitable for daily cleansing and protection of the intimate area of pre and post-menopausal women. It maintains and stabilizes the correct pH 6.8 value of intimate area associated with menopause. This product also contains Piroctone Olamine which is an excellent anti-fungal ingredient prevents yeast infection. Formulated with 100% soap and alkali free, very economical and suitable for frequent cleansing of intimate area.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.Β
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
