Sensi+ Acnesol Cleansing Gel is specially designed to combat acne and control oil production for oily and combination skin. Packed with powerful ingredients such as salicylic acid, panthenol (Vitamin B5) and Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), this gel deeply cleanses and unclogs your skin, leaving it clear and refreshed. It effectively eliminates blackheads and whiteheads while preventing future breakouts resulting in fresh, smooth and radiant skin. The Acnesol range does not contain harsh chemicals, therefore suitable for sensitive skin.

Ingredient focus

  • Salicylic acid - a form of beta hydroxy acid (BHA), it helps to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells gently, revealing healthy skin underneath. It also helps to reduce blemishes, blackheads and enlarged pores. Being oil-soluble, BHA can easily penetrate the pores and gently clear up blockage in clogged pores and bumps.
  • Panthenol (Vitamin B5) - it has wound-healing and soothing properties.  
  • Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) -  It is best known for its ability to help visibly reduce enlarged pores and improve uneven/dull skin tone. Besides, it helps to strengthen the skin barrier and protect against moisture loss or dehydration. It also protects the skin against environmental stressors, therefore soothing the skin.
  • Ceramide NP - One of the most prevalent types of ceramide present naturally on the skin, it helps to fortify the skin barrier to better resist external stessors. As a result, the skin becomes more resilient and supple.
  • Tea tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) leaf oil - It is believed to be naturally antibacterial and can help to relieve inflamed or irritated skin.

Usage:

  • Lather a small amount in your hand and massage onto wet skin. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
